贵阳国际生态会议建筑面积逾4万平方米，停车位500个，设有一个容纳3500人开会的大型会议厅，一个容纳3000人用餐的大型宴会厅，一个500人的国际会议厅，13个能容纳40~200人的会议室和14个风格各异的用餐包房，是国内规模大、设施的智能化生态会议之一。该建筑充分采用可再生材料修建，应用太阳能照明和供热、水循环系统和温度自动控制系统、外墙垂直绿化等节能环保科技，是我国为数不多通过国际绿色生态评估体系LEED认证的生态环保建筑。Guiyang International ECO-Conference Center takes up an area more than 40,000m2 with 500 parking spots.
